PLP is the place where you bring together your progress on the big time goal, on your journey to becoming a confident and reflective leader, an effective collaborator, and an intentional facilitator both as a leisure professional and in your everyday life. For my Facilitation plan my theme was the NBA Draft Combine. The goal of my facilitation was to get players scouted and ultimately signed to NBA roster. From displaying off their talents and competitive skills throughout the activities. The age group for this activity was 18-25 years of age.
